We show up.

What is Fourth Watch MC about?
On March 6, 2011, in Hackensack, New Jersey, a group of people who serve came together to remember their brother and friend, David P. Lemagne. He was a Port Authority police officer, badge 834, and a paramedic, MICP 1889. Two kinds of service in one man. On September 11, 2001, he gave his life at the World Trade Center, saving people he had never met.
That's why Fourth Watch is a 9/11 memorial club. The club was born from that day, and we carry it with us on every ride.
The club grew, and so did the mission. Today Fourth Watch remembers every member of service who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and those who could no longer fight their own demons.
The Cigar City Chapter brought that brotherhood to Tampa Bay on January 1, 2022. Officer Lemagne's badge sits on our front patch, so 834 rides with us every time we roll out.
And so there's no confusion: we're a motorcycle club. Not a riding club. We wear the patch, we live by the bylaws, and we earn our place.
“Every man has two deaths: when he is buried in the ground, and the last time someone says his name.”
Old saying. That second death is the one we fight. So we keep saying their names.

Names don't fade on our watch. We keep the stories of fallen officers, firefighters, medics and service members in front of the people they served.
Tampa Police Master Patrol Officer Jesse Madsen put his patrol car in the path of a wrong-way driver on I-275 in 2021 and saved the lives behind him. Our memorial ride in his name helps a new recruit get through the police academy.

Our members are the people who respond when a rider goes down. So we send riders to the free Tampa SMART course and to Florida's Basic RiderCourse.
WFLA News Channel 8 covered our first Jesse Madsen Memorial Ride on January 13, 2024: “Bikers honor TPD officer killed in line of duty.”

We helped place a service dog named Taz with J.P. McMichael, who responded at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
Turnout gear. A headset. A stethoscope. A badge. Fatigues. Whatever you wore to work, active or retired, if you ride, there might be room for you on this road. You'll have to earn it.
